CLOG BREAKER Cleaning Solution (STRONG) 8oz for Epson Printheads - DTF and DTG
This Cleaning Solution is engineered more strongly to clean and flush Epson printheads and break down clogged and dry inks more easily. You can flush the print head, either manually with the syringe and tubing (flushing the printheads), or for printers that are cartridge-based, you can fill this cleaning solution into cartridges and use those cartridges as cleaning cartridges running up to 3 cleaning cycles with them.

As part of your daily maintenance at the end of the day when you finish, is recommended to use a wet cap to keep your printhead optimized and moisture underneath when doing DTF or DTG.

PRO TIP: Mix and heat the cleaning solution with distilled water in a container to soak the print head and help with clogs. Doing a regular flush and a reverse flush when the mixture is hot will help remove the clog faster, but you also need to be patient. MAKE SURE ELECTRONICS DO NOT GET WET.

Refund and Return Policy
Section 1:
14 Days
1.1. Inks, Printing Supplies (Consumables), Regular Supplies, and Accessories.
Items must be returned in New Condition, Unused, and Unopened for a refund or store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase (shipping is non-refundable). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package.
1.2. Damage or Lost Packages
Contact Kingdom DTF in the first 24 hours (1 day). Kingdom DTF is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit, but we can evaluate the issue.
- 1.2.1. If the customer purchased Insurance Protection at checkout, we will open and submit a claim. Customers must retain all damaged packaging and take pictures. If the customer doesn’t save the packaging or is unwilling to help with the claim process, no claim will be summited or refunded. All Sales are final.
- 1.2.2. If the customer decline (unselect) the Insurance Protection at checkout, no coverage will be given for damaged or lost packages.
1.3 High-Value Products
(Printers and shakers) will have Insurance Protection and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision or give any refund (if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.
1.4 Excluded Bundle Items
Inks, printing supplies (consumables), and regular supplies that come in bundles with a printer or machine are excluded and not covered. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.
Printheads, Dampers, Cartridges, Ciss System, Ink Tank are excluded and not covered. Also, were purchased with a loan, payment installments, or gift cards are excluded and not covered.

Section 2:
Final Sales, Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
2.1. Printers and Equipment
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on any Regular Printers, DTF Printers, DTG Printers, UV Printers, DIY Printers that are converted / custom / modified / built-to-order (no matter the conditions of the printers or machines, this includes New, Pre-owned, Refurbished, Non-working or For Parts). Also excluded Dryers or Ovens, Heat Presses, Laser & Cut machines, Vinyl Cutters, Garment Printers, Printheads, Dampers, Ciss System, and Ink Tanks. All Sales are final.

2.2. Printheads and Other Parts
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on any Printheads (that included New Condition, Unused, Unopened, or that have touched the ink). Also, Dampers, Cartridges, Ciss System, Ink Tank, and Capping Station (Ink Station) are excluded and can not be refunded, returned, or covered. All Sales are final.
2.3. Software and Downloads
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on software (that included activation codes or USB key dongle), downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials. All Sales are final.
2.4. Purchases with Gift Cards
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on gift cards or Items (products) were purchased with gift cards. All Sales are final.
2.5. DTF Transfers, UV DTF Transfers or Any Custom Items (Printed or Non-printed)
No refunds, No returns, or Exchanges on any DTF Transfers, UV DTF Transfers or Custom Items (Printed or Non-printed). Also excluded Laser Cut & Engraving, Stickers, Decals, any Craft, etc. All Sales are final.
2.6. Insurance Protection
All Sales are final for Insurance Protection once you complete them at check out. No refunds.
Section 3:
Refund, Cancellation and Restocking Processing Fees
3.1. Regular Orders
A 3% + $1.00 is non-refundable for any refunded or cancelled orders. This is a Processing Fees non-refundable. Switching any items for one that costs less and that has already been processed, will generate a processing fee for the difference between does items. Insurance cost are not refundable.
3.2. Loans and Installments
A 10% is non-refundable for any refunded or cancelled loan or installment. This is a Processing Fees non-refundable. Insurance cost are not refundable.
3.3. Restocking
A 20% restocking fee applies for returned items. Shipping costs and Insurance cost are not refundable.
Kingdom DTF reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
