Red Piezo™ Cleaning Solution 8oz (Vacation & Repair) for Epson Printheads - DTF and DTG
Red Piezo™ is a professional-grade cleaning and diagnostic solution developed for Epson piezoelectric printheads. It is engineered to flush ink systems, assist in nozzle recovery, diagnose internal printhead issues, and temporarily store printheads without drying.
This solution includes a red colorizing agent, allowing you to print nozzle checks or test patterns to instantly see whether your printhead is healthy or internally damaged.
If the red pattern prints clean and complete, the head is good; if certain channels break or disappear, you have identified the exact location of the internal problem.
Red Piezo™ is safe for pigment, dye, DTF, and DTG systems.
What Red Piezo™ Can Help With
1. Internal Nozzle & Ink Channel Cleaning
Helps dissolve dried ink inside the micro-channels of the printhead and improve weak nozzle patterns.
2. Diagnostic Printing (Red Output)
When installed in cartridges, the printer will output solid red, which makes it easy to:

How to Use
Flushing / Recovery
● Apply 2–4 ml into the capping area using a syringe
● Move the printhead over the solution for a short soak
● Run cleaning cycles or manually flush with a syringe and tubing
Diagnostic Mode
● Fill refillable cartridges with Red Piezo™
● Run a nozzle check or print any design
● Evaluate the red pattern to confirm head condition
Storage (Cartridge Printers Only)
● Install cleaning cartridges filled with Red Piezo™
● Leave installed for up to 30 days
● Keeps internal channels hydrated and prevents drying
IMPORTANT — Final Step
After using Red Piezo™ for flushing, diagnostics, or storage:
✔ Completely flush it out using distilled water or your standard cleaning solution
✔ Continue flushing until everything runs clear
✘ Do NOT use Red Piezo™ as a permanent ink
✘ Do NOT leave it in DTF printers with dampers (risk of cross-contamination)
