Return Policy

1. Inks and Consumables

No returns or refunds on inks and consumables. All inks, powder, films, pretreatment, printheads, and other parts cannot be returned.

2. Printers and Equipment

All Sales are final.
No returns or refunds on any DIY Printers / Modified Printers (custom / modified printers), DTF Printers, DTG Printers, Laser Printers, Vinyl Cutters, Garment Printers, or Printheads.

3. Supplies

Unused and unopened items can be returned for a refund within 7 days.
Fee: 20% re-stocking fee of the order and minus shipping cost.

4. Software and Downloads

No returns or refunds on software, downloadable products, gift cards, guides, or video tutorials.

5. Cancelations

Fee: 3% + 0.30 of the total amount for any canceled orders to process any refund.
