Kingdom DTF is wonderful! I had placed an order for some much-needed supplies for my home business. I was out running errands when UPS delivered my order. I live in a good neighborhood where hardly any crime is committed, so I'm hardly ever worry about my packages. To be honest, I have not had a package taken from me, but I guess there is a first time for everything. When I returned, the package was gone. I contacted my neighbors, but they did not see it or pick it up for me. I filed a police report and then contacted Kingdom DTF to explain the situation and ask for their help. They opened up an investigation immediately, and in a couple of weeks, they were able to resolve the issue! I'm so grateful for their excellent customer service and how quickly they got back to me to rectify the situation. It's such a relief to know that there are businesses like Kingdom DTF who will go out of their way for their customers.
