SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic

1. Shipping Carries

Products are shipped through UPS or USPS (United States Post Service).

2. Processing and Packing Time

 2a. Inks and Supplies (Consumables): Ships within 1 to 3 business days. This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Please see the map below.

Only UPS Next Day orders will ship on next business day and require 1 day to be prepared. Samples:
 -- Order placed on Monday, ships on Tuesday
 -- Order placed on Tuesday and Wednesday, ships on Thursday
 -- Order placed on Thursday, ships on Friday
 -- Order placed on Friday and weekends, ships on the next business day

 2b. Printers and Equipment (stock availability): Complete printer bundles ship within 5 to 7 business days. Some printers can take 15 to 60 days due to high demand. This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Please see the map below.

 2c. Pre-orders can take 15 to 40 days (stock availability). This doesn’t include delivery time, carriers' transit time may vary. Please see the map below.

NOTES

1. We do not ship on Wednesday, Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

2. The cut time for carriers pickup is at 12pm Florida local time (ET).

3. Due to the high demand and season peak carriers are not guaranteed delivery on time, please plan accordingly and make sure you understand the time frame.

3. P.O. Box and Military Address

USPS (United States Post Service) is the only one that can be used to deliver to does address.

4. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on dimensions, destination and weight of the package. Heavy products may have a flat shipping cost and ship by LCL freight.

Free shipping may be available on qualify order for a limited time to the lower 48 states. Any option will be visible at checkout if available.

5. Tracking Number

Upon order fulfillment, you will promptly receive an email notification containing your tracking number and updates directly from the carrier. To ensure you receive these important notifications, please ensure that our email address is not blocked and consider checking your junk mail folder.

6. Lost or Damage Packages

The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Kingdom DTF in the first 24 hours. Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. We will not take any decision (or give a refund if applicable) until the carrier and the 3rd party company finish their investigations and reports. The process for investigations can take 30 days or more.

10. International Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on dimensions, destination and weight of the package. The shipping cost does not include any customs fees (import taxes), bond fees, or any type of fees, and the customer is responsible for any fees imposed by the carrier or country.

11. Import Taxes

International shipments may be liable to be paid fees upon arrival at the destination country and may vary. Please be aware of these potential costs to you and that you understand them before placing an order with us.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct.
Any revisions to the shipping address must be submitted before tracking information has been received. Re-shipping due to incorrect shipping address will be at the buyer's expense, shipping is non-refundableMultiple items purchased may be shipped together or separate depending on availability and It will not affect the shipping and handling charge. Lost packages can be claimed after 30 days for domestic and 90 days for international.
