Return & Refund Policy

Section 1: 30-Day Return Window


1.1 Inks, Printing Supplies, Accessories

  • Items must be new, unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Shipping is non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted through your customer account.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label, which will include the RMA number.

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns without an RMA will be denied.

1.2 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Contact Kingdom DTF within 24 hours of delivery. Kingdom DTF is not liable for transit damage unless Insurance Protection was purchased.

       1.2.1 Damaged Packages:

          ● Keep all packaging and take clear photos.
          ● If packaging is discarded or customer doesn't cooperate with the claim process, no claim or refund can be issued.

       1.2.2 Lost Packages:

          ● If tracking shows "delivered" but the package is missing, the customer must submit a police report and provide a copy to us.
          ● A police report strengthens your claim and may be required by the carrier or insurer.

       1.2.3 Approved Claims:

          ● If a claim is approved (in full or partial), we will refund minus any deductible fees.

       1.2.4 Rejected Claims:

           ● If a claim is denied, no refund will be issued.
           ● If the customer declined Insurance Protection at checkout, no coverage is provided for lost or damaged shipments.

1.3 High-Value Products

  • Printers and shakers include Insurance Protection via our 3rd-party provider.

  • Investigations can take 30+ days.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued until the investigation is complete.

1.4 Excluded Items

The following are excluded from return, refund, or warranty:

  • Items included in machine/printer bundles

  • Items purchased with loans, installment payments, or gift cards

  • Printheads, dampers, cartridges, CISS systems, ink tanks


Section 2: Final Sale, Non-Refundable Items


2.1 Printers & Equipment

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges on printers, shakers, dryers, heat presses, cutters, ovens, engravers, etc.

  • Any high-value item or sensitive item (DTF printers, printheads, etc.), after checkout, you’ll receive a email to complete the high-value order verification via e-signature.

  • Applies to new, used, refurbished, and parts units.

  • Custom/converted/built-to-order printers are sold as-is with no warranty.

2.2 Printheads & Spare Parts

  • No refunds or returns on:

          ● Printheads (even if new, unused, or unopened)
          ● Dampers, cartridges, CISS systems, ink tanks, capping stations

  • Any high-value item or sensitive item (DTF printers, printheads, etc.), after checkout, you’ll receive a email to complete the high-value order verification via e-signature.

2.3 Software & Digital Goods

  • No refunds or returns on:

          ● Software licenses, activation codes, USB dongles
          ● Downloadable products, guides, tutorials
          ● Gift cards

2.4 DTF Transfers, Blanks & Custom Products

  • No refunds or returns on:

          ● Custom t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, finish apparel product, etc.
          ● DTF transfers
          ● UV DTF transfers
          ● Custom printed or unprinted items (blanks)
          ● Laser cut/engraved items, decals, stickers, craft products

We will remake DTF/UV transfers at no cost if has print errors done by us.

2.5 Insurance Protection

  • Insurance is non-refundable once purchased.


Section 3: Fees & Processing


3.1 Standard Orders

  • A 3% + $1 processing fee applies to all refunded or canceled orders.

  • If an item is switched for a lower-cost product after processing, a fee applies for the difference.

  • Insurance cost is non-refundable.

3.2 Loans & Installments

  • A 10% cancellation fee applies to all orders purchased via loan or installment.

3.3 Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This restocking fee is waived if the customer chooses store credit.

3.4 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items.

Kingdom DTF reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
