DTF - Direct To Film or Direct Transfer Film

1. What type of ink use the DTF Printer?
It use DTF inks that are specific for transfer film to be use on dark and light garment like 100% cotton, polyester, blends, spandex, flex, leather.

2. Do I need white ink to print on black and dark t-shirts?
Yes, you need to have a white base in order to make black or dark t-shirts. If you don't use a white base on your design it will look dark.

3. Do I need the transfer film or it can be any paper?
Yes, you need DTF transfer film so the DTF inks be able to print and stay on it. DTF transfer film have a coated side for that.

4. Do I need the powder?
Yes, without the DTF powder you will not be able to finish and press your design.

5. What is the max print area of the DTF Printers?
The models we have, all of them have a max print area of 13" inches x 19" inches, that's A3+ size. If the print are is different it will be specify.

6. Do you offer DTF tutorials?
Yes, we have video tutorials online that you can watch step by step on how to setup and print. Watch videos HERE

7. Do I need a heat press?
Yes, to be able to press the design.

8. Does the DTF Printer comes with software?
Yes, you will get a USB key to operate the software. The software will be provide by download link. If you purchase a DTF from other website you can still purchase the USB key and software from us if you need one.

9. Do you offer support for DTF?
Yes, we do online support via email and chat. We also have a community group that can help with questions and tips. Videos here , Group here

10. Do you ship any where?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL or UPS (physical address ONLY). NOTE: check with your country customs and post office since the covid-19 continues and some countries are not allowing packages import.

DTG - Direct To Garment

1. What type of ink use the DTG Printer?
It use DTG inks that are specific for garment to be use on 100% cotton and 50/50 blends.

2. Do I need white ink to print on black and dark t-shirts?
Yes, you need to have a white base in order to make black or dark t-shirts. If you don't use a white base on your design it will look dark.

3. What is the max print area of the DTG Printer?
The DTG max print area is 11.5" inches x 16.5" inches, that's A3 size.

4. Do you offer DTG tutorials?
Yes, we have video tutorials online that you can watch step by step on how to setup and print. Watch videos HERE

5. Do I need a heat press?
Yes, to be able to cure the DTG inks and pretreatment.

6. Do I need a machine for pretreatment?
Not necessary, you can pretreat your t-shirts manually with spray bottle or wagner sprayer gun.

7. Does the DTG printer comes with software?
Yes, you will get a USB with the key to operate the software. The software will be provide by download link. If you purchase a DTG from other website you can still purchase the USB key and software from us if you need one.

8. Do you offer support for DTG printers?
No, for the moment we have discontinue support.

9. Do you ship any where?
Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL or UPS (physical address ONLY). NOTE: check with your country customs and post office since the covid-19 continues and some countries are not allowing packages import.

Custom Orders (DTF Transfers, T-shirts & Decals)

1. Do you do custom orders?
Yes, you can purchase DTF transfer film with your design or logo HERE
Upon request for t-shirts and decals, just send your design to KingdomTshirtFL@gmail.com so we can take a look.

Make sure the design or picture is at least 300 dpi in resolution and have a transparent background. If the background is not transparent we will print the design the way you send it.

T-shirts and Decals

1. What material is made the decals?
We use premium high-quality vinyl on all graphics that can last up to 6-7 years.

2. What material is made the t-shirts?
We use high-quality and soft to the touch t-shirts 100% cotton, polyester or 50/50 blends. Some of the brands we use is Bella Canvas, Next Level, Delta and Gildan.

3. What method is used for the t-shirts you make?
We use 2 methods. DTF Printing (Direct To Film) for full color brightness and stretchability or premium high-quality HTV (heat transfer vinyl) on graphics that are cut.

1. Do you offer wholesale prices?
