INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Recommended Heat Press Settings for DTF Transfers
Fabric Type: Temp (°F), Time (Seconds), Pressure
Cotton: 300–350°F*, 15 sec, Firm Pressure
Cotton-Poly Blend: 300–350°F*, 15 sec, Firm Pressure
Polyester: 285–300°F, 10–15 sec, Medium Pressure
Nylon: 265–285°F, 8–12 sec, Light-Medium Pressure
Silk: 250–265°F, 8–10 sec, Light Pressure
Rayon: 275–290°F, 10–15 sec, Light-Medium Pressure
Spandex / Lycra: 265–285°F, 10–12 sec, Light Pressure
Canvas: 310–320°F, 15–20 sec, Firm Pressure
Denim: 315–325°F, 15–20 sec, Firm Pressure
Leather (Faux): 250–270°F, 8–10 sec, Light-Medium Pressure
Leather (Genuine): 240–260°F, 8–10 sec, Light Pressure
* Note: Some heat presses may require up to 350°F for cotton or cotton blends to ensure proper bonding. Always test your press settings before large production runs.
2. Set Press pressure: Firm for most cotton and poly or accordantly to the type of garment.
3. Pre Heat: Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
4. Placement: Put transfer on t-shirt or garment facing up.
5. Press time: Press for 15 sec. or accordantly to the type of garment.
6. Peel: Hot peel or Cold peel depending the film you are using.
7. Final press: After peeling, press with Teflon for 5 sec.
Tool Needed: Heat press for best results.
